Spear of the North

Weapon Pole arm Uncommon [Transmutation ]

Forged and wielded by the Goliath barbarian tribes in the north. This blade was created for the war chief that lead a campain across the north. It has the Giants runes of power carved into the metal of the blade. This primitive looking pole arm appears to have been shorted to better be used by human. It always feels cold to the touch with the blade covered in frost.

  • Frost Edge: Every day at dawn, this weapon forms a razor sharp edge of ice on its edge. The first 3 attacks deal an additional 1d6 Cold Damage.
  •
  • Yeti's Touch: Once per day as an action, you can stick the tip of the polearm in a surface of the water to create a layer of Ice in a 15ft radius. All the creatures must make a Strength saving throw (DC13), on a failure they are considered restrained. On a success the Ice around the creature breaks and they lose the restrained condition. If walked the ice is considered difficult terrain and, each creature must have a Dex =>15 or pass a DC10 Dex check to pass without being knocked prone. The ice can be stood upon by one 1 large, 2 medium, 4 small or 8 tiny creatures at a time.
