The Awkwana are Awakened

When the Kwanar were ready to Awaken a people, they chose to do so atop the peaks of a mountain range far from most of the other folk. As the Reptisssar had with their children, the Kwanar granted great intellect to their creations, but also somehow instilled into them a sensitivity to the Six Energies around them. As a result, proportionally more of their Awkwana children seem to be touched by magical forces than any other of the Folk in the world.
