Discovery feed excerpt on hover
In the Discovery feed, excerpts on articles aren't showing correctly. When you hover over an article that has an excerpt, the title and by line jumps down and the excerpt is cut off entirely. Removing your cursor results in the title and byline also becoming cut off. Hovering over an article without an excerpt does nothing.
