Granwin Foamracer
Fleetmaster Granwin Foamracer is the current tactical commander of the Cliffport Defense Fleet. He is specifically responsible for managing at-sea operations of any ships assigned to merchant escort duty (as opposed to defense of Cliffport itself.
He works closely with Fleetmaster Caralotta Quickrigger (who is responsible for the operations of any ships of the Cliffport Defense Fleet not currently involved in escort operations), and reports to Admiral (Seafarer Dwarves) Bettanna Stormrider.
