Tringal Wavebreaker
Master Captain Tringal Wavebreaker is responsible for the management and operations of the land-based installations of the Cliffport Defense Fleet. This includes both the dock and warehousing operations that service the fleet ships, and also the several coastal defense installations that dot the cliffs that face the sea around the city itself.
He reports to Admiral Bettanna Stormrider.
