Belgridane Cooligrood
Belgridane Cooligrood, a Gnome, is the Base Camp Quartermaster. He is responsible for ensuring that the Base Camp has all of the supplies needed to run smoothly and keep the Marquis happy. He is a creature of order and strict procedure. How he deals with Adventurers will depend on how disruptive they are to him and his routine.
When an Adventurer approaches him to obtain supplies or gear of any kind, his response will depend on whether it is a stock item or not. If in stock, he will supply the item, take payment, and continue his activities with as little interaction as possible. If the items is something not available, his exasperation will be palpable. If the request is for something reasonable (but nor foreseen), he will reluctantly offer to have it delivered "as soon as possible". If the request seems outlandish to him, though, he will complain about Adventure excesses, and will insist on the Marquis explicitly approving the request.

Belgridane is approximately 3ft 5in (104cm) tall, with the angular frame and facial features typical of Gnome Folk. He weighs about 91lbs (41kg). His bright blue hair and eyes are his most distinctive feature. He is late middle-aged for one of his Folk, a fact that shows up in the age lines on his face.First Impression
