Ice Hag
Ice Hags are a Gremlin subspecies, the corrupted form of Lesser Cryiads. These corrupted children of Corizzea make their lairs on glaciers high in the cold mountains of Cartyrion, or - less frequently - on the vast ice sheets that cover the seas near the poles.
Ice Hags are immune to all natural Cold effects, and are highly resistant to magical Cold threats. This resistance is tempered somewhat by a weakness toward magical Fire attacks, however.
Like all Hags, Ice Hags have command of enchantment magic that they use to ensnare otherwise unwilling minions for forced servitude. Their Charm spells can be particularly powerful. They can also Polymorph their more intelligent minions to send them out among the Folk to spread discord.

Like all other Hags, Ice Hags physically resemble old, withered Folk of probable Elven or Human heritage, though their deep blue skin tone defintely marks them as something different from the common Folk. Their stooped, emaciated frames belie the great strength and stamina the creatures possess, in addition to the immunity to any adverse effects of their cold, harsh environment.
Though they are more than capable of performing tasks requiring physical strength, they prefer to use their magic to coerce others into performing the menial tasks required of daily living. Ice Hags living on the glaciers will often have giantkin in their thrall to perform such tasks. Ogres are a common choice. They will also form alliances with nearby Mountain, Stone, and Frost Giants when convenient. Ice Hags living on the polar ice sheets are more limited in their choices of minion or companion, though many keep Polar Bears as pets or even mounts.

Solitary Ice Hags are dangerous adversaries, but their danger increases greatly when they band together in a coven. Such a group consists of three or more Hags, though not all need be Ice Hags. Ice Hags living in glacial mountain regions may team up with nearby Tree Hags, Rock Hags, or Cave Hags, for example. Those on the ice sheets may join forces with nearby Frost Hags, or even Sea Hags who may claim the frozen seas beneath the ice as part of their domain. Covens of hags are capable of commanding much more powerful magic, and seek to extend the reach of their chaos and disruption farther than any one Hag could manage alone.Though they are more than capable of performing tasks requiring physical strength, they prefer to use their magic to coerce others into performing the menial tasks required of daily living. Gamemaster Notes
Ice Hags have much in common with their other Hag cousins. They actively seek to spread disruption and chaos simply for the sake of doing so; they revel in the torment and dismay of those they affect. They are capable of devising elaborate schemes to bring about their dangerous mischief, an ability that is magnified greatly when working with a coven.Ice Hags are immune to all natural Cold effects, and are highly resistant to magical Cold threats.
