The character can pay 10 mana to attack twice as one action. Each attack has a -4 to hit.

Description This perk is applicable to any ranged or melee weapon attack skill, including Melee: Unarmed. Degrees of Performance Each time this perk is taken, the character can take another attack. The mana cost and attack penalty do not change.
