Description You call on allies to get out of a threat’s area or close on a threat. Select an enemy within 60 feet. Allies within the target’s reach can Step as a reaction. Allies within 30 feet of you and not adjacent to the target can Stride as a reaction but must end closer to the target.   Lead by Example If you used two actions, Strike the target to focus their attention on you. The target takes a –1 circumstance penalty on attacks made against other creatures until the start of your next turn.
