Description
You attempt to enthrall a foe with a convoluted and utterly pointless monologue that leaves your audience dumbfounded. Attempt a Deception or Diplomacy check against the Will DC of a single creature within 30 feet. The target is then temporarily immune to your Confounding Disquisition for 1 day.
Degrees of Performance
- Critical Success The target is stunned 1 and is stupefied 1 for 1 round.
- Success The target is stupefied 1 for 1 round.
- Failure The target takes a –1 status penalty to Perception checks and Will saves for 1 round.
- Critical Failure The target is unaffected.
