Thane and Meree leave

The Frost Maiden came to them at night, much to the surprise of the Longshots. Maree was needed back in the Sword Coast and, as a devoted follower of the Goddess, agreed to, although she departed with some reluctance. Thane, who often felt the need to protect the Cleric, was going with her. Privately, Colt figured Thane wanted to go because Colt was staying behind, and many of the Black Hooks were pulled into another dimension. He could start his criminal enterprise with one less rival on the playing field.
"Well, sorry to see you go," Colt said, shaking Thane's hand. "Good luck with that dragon. Sorry I won't be there to help ya take it down." "It might still be there when you get back, considering how slow time flows there than here," Thane replied. "Good point," Colt said with a smirk. He shook Maree's hand. "Take care of yourself, armored Roomba." Maree smiled, "Try to find someone who can revivify," She replied, hugging the redhead.
"I would suggest putting everything in the Bag of Holding, so it's secure for your journey. Don't want to suddenly teleport into a place and have some things fall off because you were jerked into another reality." Colt said with a smile. "I'd be more than happy to help store things for you." Thane held up his hand with a sly grin, "Already ahead of you. We're fine. I even stored Maree's things." "What, think I'll steal something?" Colt said with a smirk. "Yes," he said with a respectful nod. .

"Well, alright then. Safe journey, friend, until we meet again," Colt said with a smile. Vel, Miow, and Elion all stood back with Colt as a portal opened. They were pulled in, and they were gone. "Were you really going to steal their stuff before they left?" Vel asked Colt. "I mean... I would have liked that spell storing ring." "I was not going to steal from them right before they left," Colt said with a smile. He reached along his arm and peeled off Gloves of Thievery off of one hand that had previously been seen on Thane. He pulled out his bag of holding and opened it up, pulled out a spell storing ring, and handed it to Vel. "I stole from them last night after they went back to sleep."
Everyone gave Colt a begrudging smirk, except for Vel, who was rather excited to get a ring of spell storing. "At worst, we'll see them in like... 2 months their time," Colt said as he slung his bag over his shoulder. He smiled, feeling the warmth of the sunshine hit his face. "I don't know about you, but I think this is going to be a good day."
