- [NP] Stella-Lone Meteor: Upon activation, Arash will proceed to shoot out his final and most powerful arrow. This arrow is imbued with all of Arash's strength and life force. The range of this shot is up to 3,000ft away. Once the arrow lands, it will promptly explode in a massive burst of energy. All creatures within a 60ft radius of the impact area must make a DC-16 Constitution save or take 10D10 force damage and be blinded for 1D6 rounds (1/2 damage on a success). This arrow cannot be stopped by any means lesser than a 9th level Counterspell or Wish. Bright light is also briefly flashed in a 300ft radius. Right after the arrow explodes, Arash will drop to 0 HP and his body will disintegrate.
