Description
The once hat of the terrible, ancient wizard Rabadon, the lord of evil and master of the dark arts, now Rabadon's Deathcap is soul bound to Frostee T. Snowman. He is purple in color with a large, gaping, orange mouth.

Rabadon is literally bound to Frostee T. Snowman, who he cannot leave even if he wanted to.

Rabadon knows all, but rarely likes to share his knowledge. He will often give misinformation to those who ask for insight into his vast mind.
Actions
Forbidden Knowledge. You may preform any Intelligence check, Perception check, or Insight check through Rabadon. To access his knowledge, you and your DM will roll 1d4 1d4 , your DM's roll will be kept secret from you. If the same number was rolled on both die, Rabadon's true knowledge will be revealed to you. If differing numbers were rolled, you will be given misleading information under the guise of truth.
