Wondrous Item Magical, Paired Legendary (this item requires attunement) [1 hour with practice]

Two golden armlets carved in the style of snakes. Their eyes are small inlaid rubies. The only physical distinction between the two is one of the snakes has an open mouth, baring its fangs, while the other has its mouth closed. The open mouthed armlet grants the wearer the ability to dominate and control the minds of all reptiles whose intelligence is 5 or less. Any creature with an intelligence over 5 can make an Int save vs the users Wis check. The user has advantage on the Wis check. Any commands given to uninteligent creatures will be followed for 1d8+2 days. Once free of the domination effect the reptiles are actively hostile to the user, whether they still have the armlet or not. The closed mouthed armlet allows the user to communicate with reptiles and understand their general feelings. This armlet also limits the range of its pair to 100ft. It also removes your advantage to Wis checks to dominate intelligent creatures, while at the same time it also makes it so dominated reptiles are not actively hostile to you after they are free of the control.
