Celenia D10 System CD10: Cybernetic Equipment: Lowlight Upgrade

The lowlight upgrade for your ocular implant enhances your vision in situations where there is limited light. You cannot see in complete darkness, but in low light areas you have a light amplified grayscale view of the area. This allows you see further in dark areas, pick up movement better and even discern certain details. Your vision is worse than in adequate lighting situations, but better than being nearly blind.   In low light situations, you do not suffer any penalty to Perception, unless it is about discerning minute details, in which case your penalty is halved.
