Born from the very mountains their people mine, orestone dwarves are living animates of rock and gem. Sturdy stone bodies inlaid with lines of flowing gemstone rise from ore veins, awakened by the innate magic of the sundering. Darkvision: You have darkvision out to 60 feet. You can see in dim light as if it were daylight, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You cannot perceive color in darkness. Orestone Dwarves are born from magical veins of gemstone. When creating an orestone dwarf, select one type of gem to represent your character's origin. Ruby: You know the Fire Bolt cantrip. When your reach third level with this race, you can cast Burning hands once per day using this trait. Emerald: You can cast Healing Word without using material or verbal components, proficiency bonus times per day. Opal: You know the Shape Water cantrip. When you reach third level with this race, you can cast Create or Destroy Water at 2nd Level once per day using this trait. Quartz: You know the Light cantrip. When you reach second level in this class, you can cast Blindness/Deafness once per day using this trait. Topaz: You know the Lightning Lure cantrip. When you reach 5th level with this race, you can cast Lightning Bolt once per day using this trait.
