Savos is an 18th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks). Savos can cast disguise self and invisibility at will and has the following wizard spells prepared: Cantrips (at will): create bonfire, mage hand, prestidigitation, toll the dead, shocking grasp   1st level (4 slots): find familiar*, ice knife, mage armor*, magic missile   2nd level (3 slots): flaming sphere, enhance ability, misty step   3rd level (3 slots): dispel magic, fly, summon lesser demons   4th level (3 slots): banishment, stoneskin*, summon elemental   5th level (3 slots): summon draconic spirit, telekinesis, wall of force   6th level (1 slot): summon fiend   7th level (1 slot): teleport   8th level (1 slot): mind blank*   9th level (1 slot): gate   *Savos casts these spells on himself before combat.


Fey Ancestry. Savos has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put him to sleep.   Magic Resistance. Savos has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Actions

Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage.

Legendary Actions

Savos can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Savos regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.   Attack. Savos makes either a Toll the Dead attack, Shocking Grasp attack, or Dagger attack.   Move. Savos moves up to his speed without provoking opportunity attacks.   Summon Minor Elementals (Costs 2 Actions). Savos summons up to five steam mephits in unoccupied spaces within 30 feet of it. They remain until destroyed. Elementals summoned in this way roll initiative, act in the next available turn, and obey Savos. Savos can have no more than five Elementals summoned by this ability at a time.
