Rare Requires attunement by a creature with proficiency in medium armor

These plate boots are well made, though not decorated or flamboyant in their design. The boots can be worn as part of another set of armor or by themselves.

Steadfast Bastion. As a bonus action, you can activate the boots to become a steadfast bastion. For 1 minute or until you decide to end the effect as bonus action you gain the following effects:

Your movement speed is halved and you can’t take the dash action

You gain disadvantage on Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks and Dexterity saving throws

You gain a +5 bonus on any ability check or saving throw made to resist being moved against your will.

Any creature equal to or smaller than you which is standing directly behind you has full cover from anything in front of you.

You can spend a bonus action to brace yourself from incoming attacks. Until the start of your next turn, all bludgeon, piercing or slashing damage that you take is reduced by an amount equal to your Constitution modifier.
