The Aetheric Translocator is a handheld device that allows short-range teleportation. As an action, you can activate the Translocator to teleport yourself to an unoccupied space you can see within 60 feet. The device recharges after a long rest.
Crafting Cost: 2 arcane scraps, 1 mechanical scrap
Repair Cost: 1 arcane scrap
Upgrade Modules
Extended Range. Increases the teleportation range to 120 feet.
Multi-Use. Allows the device to be used twice per long rest.
Positional Anchor. When the translocator is used, your original position is remembered. As a bonus action within the next 30 seconds, you can teleport back to your original location.
Anchoring Beacon. Allows you to place a beacon at a location within range and teleport back to it at any time as a bonus action.
Phantom Shift. Creates a decoy image of you at the original location for 1 minute after teleporting.
Group Teleport. Allows you to teleport all additional willing creatures within 5 feet.
Energy Surge. Teleporting causes a burst of energy at the destination, dealing 2d6 force damage to all creatures within 5 feet.
Armor Integration. Attach the Aetheric Translocator to your armor, allowing you to use it more quickly in combat. Using a Gadget upgraded with this module now takes a bonus action instead of an action.
