Three times per day, the user may cast Zone of Truth DC 18 Charisma save Once per day, the user may cast Mass Suggestion, with a DC 18 Wisdom save. What has been left out of the tales is that the blade is anathema to nature, and begins to kill off uncultivated and undomesticated life around it. Trees around it will have their leaves die and fall, plants will wilt, and vermin will turn up dead, anywhere the sword lingers for to long.
