The item is a Flint dagger of questionable quality with a magic rune etched into the blade of the item. The blade is connected to a wooden handle using an Unknown material. When you kill the Humanoid the blood of the person seeps from their body and combines with yours to create your disguise. Once you kill a Humanoid with the dagger a number of effects take place. -Your physical form looks like the humanoid for 1 hour -Your voice sounds like the Humanoid for 1 hour -You speak the same language as the Humanoid for 1 hour -You have all the humanoids memory's from 10 minutes before -While you're transformed you gain a +4 bonus to deceive people for 1 hour -on a Natural 1, the dagger is broken and needs extensive repairs
