Conspicuous. Due to the conspicuous nature of their armour, Stormcloak Officers have disadvantage on Stealth checks. Battle Cry (can only be used once per long rest). Nord fury strikes fear. During combat only, the Stormcloak Officer chooses one target which must succeed on a DC 11 Wisdom saving throw or drop whatever it is holding and become frightened for 1 minute. Rage (can be used twice per long rest). Fighting with primal ferocity, the Stormcloak Officer can enter a rage as a bonus action. Gaining advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws. Gaining a +2 bonus to the damage rolls that use Strength and gaining resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage. The rage lasts for 1 minute. It ends early if the Stormcloak Officer is knocked unconscious or if thier turn ends and they haven’t attacked a hostile creature since thier last turn or taken damage since then.
Actions
Off-Hand Attack. The Stormcloak Officer can make up to two attacks. One with thier Iron Battleaxe or one with thier Clawed Bracer/Hand Axe followed by an Off-Hand as with two-weapon fighting (can be thrown). Iron Battleaxe. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: (1d12+4) slashing damage. Iron Handaxe(2). Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5ft or range 20/60, one target. Hit: (1d6+4) slashing damage. Clawed Bracer. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: (1d6+4) slashing damage.
