You can use the poison in this vial to coat one slashing or piercing weapon or up to three pieces of ammunition. Applying the poison takes an action. Once applied, the poison retains potency for 1 minute before drying. A creature hit by the Poisoned weapon or ammunition must make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or suffer a level of exhaustion, and must repeat the saving throw at the start of each of its turns. On each successive failed save, the creature suffers an additonal level of exhaustion, up to third level. After a successful save, they stop needing to make saving throws against this affect. Level's of exhaustion brought on by poisoning can stack but cannot exhaust a creature beyond the third level of exhaustion.
Creation of these items requires the ingredients listed, 4 hours of work and 48 hours of brewing (unattended). Any of the ingredients listed can also be combined with weaker vigor poison ingredients to create a weaker vigor poison.
