Potion that when drank temporarily gives you proficency with Thieves Tools for 10 minutes. If you already have proficiency the potion gives you expertise with the tools for the duration. Only one increase skills potion may be active at a time.

Creation of these items requires the ingredients listed, 2 hours of work and 24 hours of brewing (unattended).
