Narcotic that when inhaled using a bonus action, temporarily gain +20ft of movement speed for 1 minute, after the duration however suffer three levels of exhuastion. Stacks a maximum of two times, however gaining six levels of exhaustion at once will result in death.

Creation of these items requires the ingredients listed, 2 hours of work and 24 hours of brewing (unattended).
