If used during a long rest, you recover all HD and an additional point of Exhaustion and Fatigue unless you are addicited, in which case you only maximize one HD and do not gain the Exhaustion recover. If you use this drug two long rests in a row, you must make a Constition Save DC 16 or become addicited.* If consumed outside of a rest, you become Slowed, you move at half speed and can only take your action or bonus action, not both. You cannot take reactions. You also gain advantage on all Wisdom and Charisma Saves and cannot gain Stress. This drug is usually sold in single doses or packs of 5. *Addicted: Before a long rest, you must immediately use a dose of the item you are addicted to but gain reduced benefits for this use. If you do not take a dose, you gain a point of exhaustion and make another Constition Save, overcoming the addicition if you succeed. Exhaustion gained from this effect cannot be recovered until you take another dose.
