While attuned to these meditative prayer beads, the user has advantage on all Constitution check and concentration checks. If the user is a cleric, druid, or warlock of 10th level or higher, the user can gain the effect without having to attune to them.

A long cord strung with polished stone beads engraved with subtle markings of a divinity. A symbol of said divinity hangs off the center by a cord.
