Once per day, while holding this foot-long rod shaped like a key, use an action to cast Call the Storm centered on the key. When cast, a storm cloud appears in the shape of a cylinder 10ft. tall with a 60ft. radius. Choose a point you can see that is within the storm cloud and call down a bolt of lightning. Each creature within 5ft. of that point takes 1d10 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. While the wielder holds the metal rod and concentrates on the spell, the storm cloud remains for up to 10 minutes and they can use a bonus action to call down lightning in this way again, targeting the same point or a different one. The wielder also gains a flying speed of 60ft. If the wielder loses concentration, the storm cloud persist for 10 minutes, but the wielder loses their flying speed. Lightning strikes at random on the wielder's turn. Flip a coin. On fortune, it strikes one of the wielder's enemies. On doom, it strikes one of the wielder's allies. If the rod is used during a storm, its range becomes 120ft. and its damage is increased by 1d10.
