Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute
Attack/Save: Intelligence saving throw
Damage/Effect: psychic
You create a storm of mental energy. Each creature in the area must make an Intelligence saving throw. On a failure, a creature takes 6d10 psychic damage and falls prone. On a success, it takes half as much damage and isn't knocked prone.   Creatures that fail cannot take reactions until the start of their next turn.
At higher levels: At Higher Levels. Damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 5th.
