You mark a creature with a radiant sigil. The target must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or be marked for the duration. While marked, it emits bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for another 20 feet. In addition, it takes 1d6 holy damage whenever it deals damage to another creature. If you expend 1 Holy Power when casting this spell, the holy damage increases to 2d6 and the marked creature has disadvantage on saving throws against your paladin spells.
