You call down falling stars in a cylinder centered on a point within range. Each creature that starts its turn in the area or enters it for the first time on a turn takes 2d4 arcane damage. Creatures that end their turn in the area must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take an additional 1d4 arcane damage. Cannot be cast in Wild Shape.

At higher levels: Initial damage increases by 1d4 per slot level above 2nd.
