A heavy steel shield. it is the shape of an oval except in the side there is a half circle 5 inches across cut out so the the weilder may place a spear on the sehild to give it more support. there are runes that go aroung the edge of the shield and have a faint blue tint to them. There is a blue falling star in the center. +2 magic shield. lvl1 people like and respect you more. lvl2 when you are crit on, the sheild rings like a bell and it heals all allies, withen 60ft, by thier hit die + con (cant be less then 1). Starts at lvl1 and it is leveled up when someone swears loyalty to you and you accept it. +2 magical shield.
