Everlasting Rot. This dagger deals an additional 1 necrotic damage on a hit.

Sacrificial Lamb. Once per long rest, you can use a bonus action to target a creature you can see within 60 feet that is Large or smaller. Spectral chains erupt from the ground and attempt to bind the target. The creature must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or be restrained for 1 minute. At the end of each of its turns, the creature can repeat the saving throw, choosing either Strength or Dexterity, ending the effect on a success.
