Rusalki
Rusalki are freshwater Merfolk with tragic beauty.
The Rusalki are river mermaids in Slavic lore. They lure men, women and children to the water’s edge and drown them. Legend says they’ll hold you just under the surface of the water, and let you struggle, until you’re no longer breathing air but water. Their skin is slippery and pale, sometimes tinted green. They have long green hair that resembles seaweed.
Amphibious: Can breathe both air and water.
Low-light vision: See twice as far as humans in dim conditions.
Weapon proficiency: Trident, net, heavy crossbow.
Water wraith: Can cast Mage Hand and Minor Illusion at will.
Ethereal veil: Advantage on Stealth checks in water.
