5-level Enchantment
Choose a monster subtype and make a melee spell attack against a creature, on a hit, that creature must make a Wisdom saving throw. Creatures who fail their saving throw become frightened of the chosen monster subtype. Should the creature see a monster of the chosen type they must use their full movement to get as far away from them as possible.
Remove curse of 5th level or higher will dispel this curse.
