Description.

This finely crafted steel dagger is adorned with Crystalsilver in its guard and running along the center of the blade. The rare mineral is mostly translucent, streaked with silver veins that shimmer faintly. Crystalsilver naturally transforms ambient magical energy into crackling currents of lightning, which occasionally spark across the weapon’s surface.

Crackling Strike

Twice per long rest, when you make a weapon attack with this dagger against a creature you can see, you can activate it's crackling energy. The target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or take an additional 1d6 lightning damage, or half as much damage on a success.
If the weapon attack hits, the target automatically fails this saving throw.
