Amphibious
You can breathe air and water.
Poison Resilience
You’re resistance to poison damage and advantage with Constitution saving throws resisting the enemy poisoned condition.
Slippery Skin
Your skin has a natural sliminess and slickness to it that make you harder to grab be captured by larger folk. As a paddfolk you have advantage against being restrained and grappled.
Standing Leap
Your long jump is up to 25 feet and your high jump is up to 15 feet, with or without a running start.
Water Dependency
If you fail to immerse yourself in water for at least 1 hour during a day, you suffer one level of exhaustion at the end of that day. You can only recover from this exhaustion through magic or by immersing yourself in water for at least 1 hour.
Air Bubble
You can create an air bubble from your deep breathing to grant a creature the ability to breathe under water for one hour. You can create this bubble as many times equal to your Constitution modifier per short rest.
The paddfoot are rustic lifestyle, free living folk of Aquillus. These froglike race prefer the simple life either choosing to live in deep swamps with their cottages of vine and kudzu or deep under the swamps within bubble and Lilly pad pockets where they build their homes. Some paddfoot choose to devote their lives to the Monastery of Aqua where they indulge in simple tasks like maintaining tidiness and training within their simple rooms of the grand monasteries not needing to worry about finances or the hustle and bustle within the Federation of Largos.
