Medium Stahlcren, Skirmish Infantry, Chaotic Evil
Among the organized ranks of the Blackened Steel and their higher authorities, the Skermiskraetu seize the moment. They operate as the skirmishing infantry that attack savagely and with great speed, heightening their effectiveness the longer the combat becomes. In their inception, they were largely an accidental part of the military, as the general understanding is that of organized, meticulous advancement. Yet, somehow, the Death Skirmishers exist. Their armor is of a weaker value, a highly mobile and agile form of natural armor that was created with the skermiskraetu in their forge-crypts. In battle, they are tenacious fighters with little to lose and much to gain. As they continue to harass the enemy in ritual combat, their capability to pinpoint weakspots and assail them increases. The damage that is dealt grows and over time, they become used to their opposition to the extent that their savagery is allowed to develop and grow quickly. In their inception, the hands of their kin are overgrown, expressed in long talon-like claws that cut deeply into a creature's skin. They don't value the slow form of organized war, and instead throw themselves into the enemy, intent on creating chaos and slaughter. Skermiskraetu are Level I Stahlcren. Gear: Metallskermis (Light)
Slaughter. (Creation) Death-Skirmishers seek the ending of as many mortal beings as possible with little restriction. The blood of their enemies is sought after in their mind.
Martial War. (Creation) The skermiskraetu are among the few in Stahlcren that are pertinent to the continuation of violence, and seek an unending carnage.
Self-control. (Chaos) In the making of the skirmishers, and during their time in combat and recovery, they tend to develop a brutal personality that resolves issues with violence.
The death-skirmishers prefer the locations of low-density, or contrastingly high-density, environments. Urban locations are frequented, as well as plains and towns. Villages are sometimes an infrequent visit, but hamlets are strangely a common one. In other cases, mountains, tundras, underground caves, forests, are typical areas that somebody can find a skermiskraetu somewhat regularly, so long as an identifiable location of the steel skeletons is nearby, such as their crypts or metallforges. Usually the presence of the crypts are a good beginner as to the potential for meeting such a creature.
Unique Traits.
Lebtmetall.
Every 2 turns while in combat, a Skermiskraetu can regenerate 1d6+4 HP on the beginning of its turn. This cannot be inhibited, until they are incapacitated and die.
