0-level (Cantrip) Conjuration
Invoked - When invoked, this rune produces a number of gallons of water equal to your Rune Potency. This water is fresh and potable.
Scribed [Cost: 2] - When scribed onto an object, the object begins to flow like a liquid; its form collapsing and changing shape like water. The amount of material that can be affected is a number of cubic feet equal to your Rune Potency. The material retains its other properties while in this form, such as conductivity, texture, and weight. The object retains this form until the rune is dispelled, or until dismissed by you. Cannot be scribed onto a creature.
Synthesis [Cost: 2] - Combining this rune changes the shape of the effects of the scribed or invoked rune, allowing you to change the area of effect to a line, cone, cube, or sphere. The area affected is adapted to the closest fit based on the rune's original area of effect. For example, a 20 ft. cube can become a 20 ft. line, cone, or sphere.
