Invoked [Cost: 2] - When invoked, if you have previously scribed this rune somewhere, you can speak up to 25 words that will be relayed to the marked object or surface and emitted as if you were speaking from the object or surface's location, at the same volume.
Scribed - When scribed, this rune places a mark on an object or surface that can be used as a tether for communication. This mark remains until dismissed or dispelled, or until you scribe it somewhere else. Scribing this rune does not prevent invoking it. Cannot be scribed on a creature.
Synthesis [Cost: 1] - When combining this rune, you can specify the name of a dormant rune you have scribed or invoked elsewhere. Upon activation of the rune you are combining with, the named rune will also be activated. This rune can be synthesized multiple times to trigger multiple runes at once.
