This wand has 10 charges and regains 1d6 + 1 charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20; on a 1 the wand dissolves into river silt. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it: Magic Missile (1 Charge), Minor Illusion (1 Charge).

Offspring. When casting spells, you may choose to expend 2 charges from this wand. If you do, you may copy the spell. You may choose new targets for the spell. If the spell would deal damage, it deals 1d4 damage instead. If the spell would summon a creature, that creature's CR is reduced to 1/4. Durations on other duplicated effects are reduced to 1 round.
