Dungeons & Dragons 2024 (D&D) Feat: Planar Entanglement

Through accident or failed experiment, you have become untethered to your corporeal form in this plane. You gain an almost fuzzy appearance around the edges, as if where you end and the rest of the world begins isn't concrete. In this state, you find yourself teleporting short distances randomly, outside of your control.

You have a +1 bonus to AC.

Entangled Shift

When an event triggers Entangled Shift, you teleport 1d4 times 5 feet in a random direction. The following events trigger Entangled Shift:

• When you roll a natural 1 on any D20 check
• When an attack made against you misses your AC by 1
• When you take Massive Damage
• Whenever you are concentrating on a spell, you must make a Concentration check at the end of each of your turns. The DC of this concentration check can be found in the following table. If you fail this Concentration check, you can choose to either stop concentrating on the spell, or Entangled Shift
