Daggerheart Domain: Bubble Spray

You emit a spray of tiny bubbles out of the palm of your hands. They travel in a direct line towards the target within range.   Make a Spellcast Roll against the target within Far range. On a success, you may spend a hope to trap the target inside a bubble.   A target inside a bubble is restrained and vulnerable. Any damage from outside the bubble towards the target causes the bubble to pop, freeing the target. Alternatively, the GM spends a Fear on their turn to clear this condition.
