  • Carry the Momentum - If you miss the target with an attack, you can bring the sword back around and make another attempt at an Attack for 1d6 AP I Slashing damage. You can perform this maneuver once per turn.
  • Parry - When an opponent attempts to attack you in Melee range, you may attempt to intercept the attack and use your Reaction. Make an attack roll against the target, if your attack roll beats theirs, you parry the attack and deflect the blow, taking no damage.
  • Piercing Strike - Make an attack against an opponent within 10 feet, with the tip of the blade for 1d12 AP IV Piercing damage, and lunge 5 feet forward, then back, without provoking opportunity attacks.
  • Pommel Strike - Make an attack with the pommel at the base of the hilt for 1d6 AP III Bludgeoning damage. If successful, the target cannot take reactions until the start of your next turn.
  • Riposte - Immediately after a successful parry, make a melee attack against your attacker.

  • Hemhorraging - Targets struck by this weapon must make a Constitution saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + Proficiency Bonus + Strength Bonus or take 1d6 Bleed damage.

    A lightweight, double-edged Ishumari arming sword, meant to be wielded with a single hand, is capable of both piercing and slashing attacks. It is often worn across the back, between the upper shoulder and the thorax. Some 500 years ago, it was much more commonplace in the desert regions of the Northern half of Karrah, and anyone worth their salt would wear one. Nowadays, replicating them has become commonplace in Ishumari settlements.
