Oneiros can cast Warlock and Sorcerer spells up to 5th level using their Charisma.
They have a spell save DC of 19 and gain a bonus of +11 to all Spell Attacks.
Aspect of the Moon. When reduced to 10 HP or less, but above 0, Oneiros sprouts two radiant wings and takes on an angelic, dream-like appearance.
Oneiros immediately restores 2d10+10 HP to themselves and all living allies they can see.
All enemies within 15 ft. of them suffer 1d8+9 Psychic damage immediately and at the start of every turn they are inside that area. This damage cannot be resisted. Their movement speed is also halved.
However, Oneiros' maximum HP is reduced by 2 points every round until they die.
While the Staff is active, Oneiros has access to the following:
Panacea. A creature you can see within 120 ft. restores 5d10+9 HP.
Dream Orchestra. Summon a creature's deepest hopes and dreams to steel their heart and mind. The creature must be visible to you and within 120 ft.. The creature gains 1d10+9 Temporary HP and can add 1d8 to their next Skill Check, Saving Throw, or Attack Roll.
Phantasm Pillar. Place a pillar of Energy from the Plane of Dreams on a surface within 60 ft. of you. It has a diameter of 10 ft. and deals 3d8 Psychic damage to any hostile creature that starts its turn within. You can expend an action to move it again.
Eldritch Arrow. Ranged Spell attack. Fire three magical projectiles from your staff, invoking Wolf-Queen Artém. To hit: d20+11 , range 50/200, on hit: 1d10+5 Force.
While the Sword is active, Oneiros has access to the following:
Double Slash. Perform two melee attacks in quick succession. To hit: d20+11 , reach 10 ft., on hit: 2d8+5 Slashing. If both hits are a success, the target takes an additional 3d6 Slashing.
Phantasmal Strike. Two uses. Thrust your blade forward, attacking your opponent's body and mind. To hit: d20+11 , reach 20 ft., on hit: 2d8+5 Piercing and 2d100kl1 Psychic. Target must succeed a DC 19 WIS save or become confused until the end of their next turn.
Eldritch Cut. Bring down your sword in one fell swing, invoking Titan-Slayer Mnemnos. To hit: d20+11 , in a 5-by-30 feet line in front of you, on hit: 4d10+20 Force.
Manifest Eclipse. Oneiros changes the form of their divine arm, eclipse. Both give access to different abilities and benefits.
Sword: Grants access to melee attacks and increased movement speed by 10 ft..
Staff: Grants access to ranged attacks and support spells, and raises AC by 5.
Lunar Hex. A creature that you can see within 120 ft. must succeed a DC 19 saving throw of your choice. If the target fails, they have disadvantage on any future saves made with that Ability. Additionally, they take an additional 2d6 damage from your attacks. This effect lasts until you are reduced to 0 HP.
Mass Healing Word. Requires staff. All allies that Oneiros can see within 60 ft. are immediately healed for 5d4+9 HP.
Lunar Smite. Requires sword. Adds an additional 4d8 of Radiant damage to the next melee weapon attack, which cannot be resisted.
Faith Bond. Requires Staff. When you see a creature taking damage, you can split that damage evenly between yourself and the original target.
Faith Shield. Requires Staff. When you see a creature being the target of a successful attack, you can increase their AC by 5, but only if this would cause the attack to miss. The AC increase remains until the start of the creature's next turn.
Vengeance. Requires Sword. When a creature within 10 ft. of you is the target of a successful melee attack, you can immediately perform a melee attack against them.
Parry. Requires Sword. When a creature misses you with a melee attack, immediately follow up with a melee attack against them.
Though they have lost much of their fury, Omni has all but reclaimed their divine grace and radiance. And today, even for just a moment, they will fight in their mother's name again.
