Razor Stream
5-level Conjuration

Damage/Effect: piercing
You compress water into a razor-thin stream of devastating pressure and launch it at a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target, on a hit, the target takes 8d8 piercing damage.
Once the stream reaches the target, regardless if it hits or misses you can swing its course momentarily. Creature in a 30-foot cone behind the target must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d8 slashing damage on a failure or half as much on a success.
Objects and structures struck by the stream take maximum damage, as the pressurized water slices through material with ease.
At higher levels: Both the initial and secondary damage increase by 1d8 for each spell slot level above 5. Once the stream reaches the target, regardless if it hits or misses you can swing its course momentarily.
