Details: This ink adds a +1 to any roll for crafting enchanted scrolls. If used for a magical contract or binding oath, whatever the penalty for breaking a contract written in spectral ink (whatever that penalty may be, as written in said contract) will be immediately magically enforced upon the breaker of the contract.
