Uther uses Charisma as his spellcasting ability. Spell save DC 17, spell attack bonus +9.
Aura of the Silver Hand. Allies within 30 feet of Uther cannot be frightened and have advantage on saving throws against poison, disease, and necromantic effects. Lightbringer’s Presence. When Uther enters combat, allied creatures of his choice within 60 feet regain 14 hit points and may immediately end the frightened condition. 2d8+5 Lay on Hands. Uther has a pool of 80 healing points. As an action, he can touch a creature and restore any number of hit points remaining in the pool. He may spend 5 points from the pool to cure one disease or neutralize one poison affecting the target. Holy Power. Uther has a maximum of 5 Holy Power. He begins combat with 3 Holy Power and gains 1 Holy Power when he hits with Judgment, scores a critical hit, heals an ally below half hit points, or reduces an undead creature to 0 hit points. Turn the Damned. Undead creatures within 30 feet of Uther have disadvantage on saving throws against being turned or frightened by holy effects.
Multiattack. Uther makes two Hammer of the Lightbringer attacks. Hammer of the Lightbringer. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 bludgeoning damage plus 9 Holy damage. 1d10+9 bludgeoning plus 2d8 Holy Judgment. Ranged Spell Attack: +9 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 18 Holy damage. If the target is undead, it has disadvantage on its next attack roll before the end of its next turn. 3d8+5 Holy Shock. Uther chooses one creature within 60 feet. If the target is an ally, it regains 18 hit points. If the target is hostile, make a ranged spell attack at +9 to hit. On a hit, the target takes 18 Holy damage. 3d8+5 Consecration. Uther creates a 20-foot-radius area of consecrated ground centered on himself for 1 minute. Undead that enter the area for the first time on a turn or start their turn there must make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw, taking 14 Holy damage on a failure, or half as much on a success. 4d6
Commanding Blessing. One ally within 60 feet who can hear Uther gains advantage on its next attack roll, saving throw, or ability check. Holy Light. Uther spends up to 3 Holy Power to heal one creature he can see within 60 feet. The target regains 1d10 hit points per Holy Power spent plus 5. 1d10+5
Divine Intercession. When an ally within 30 feet would be reduced to 0 hit points, Uther may cause that ally to drop to 1 hit point instead. Light’s Rebuke. When an undead creature hits Uther or an ally within 10 feet, Uther may deal 9 Holy damage to the attacker. 2d8
Use only if Uther is fighting as a major NPC on the field. Uther can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Move. Uther moves up to half his speed without provoking opportunity attacks. Radiant Strike. Uther makes one Hammer of the Lightbringer attack. Healing Word of the Light. One ally within 60 feet regains 10 hit points. 1d8+5
When Uther arrives at Hearthglen, the morale of the battlefield changes immediately. Allies rally, undead recoil, and the Holy Light visibly pushes against the plague. Optional battlefield effect: For 1 minute after Uther arrives, allied creatures within 60 feet gain advantage on saving throws against being frightened, poisoned, or infected by the plague.
