A dragon heartstone betowed upon humanity by Tiamat. It thrums with vibrant colors of the chromatic dragonbroods. Exposure to its magical radiation is said to impart draconic traits to developing bodies. Consuming this item will grant one of the following traits at random:

Dragon Tail. The strong tail of a chromatic dragon. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d8 + 8) bludgeoning damage.

Dragon Wings. The strong wings of a chromatic dragon. Wing Attack. The dragon beats its wings. Each creature within 10 feet of the dragon must succeed on a DC 22 Dexterity saving throw or take 15 (2d6 + 8) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. The dragon can then fly up to half its flying speed.

Dragon Claws. The hard claws of a chromatic dragon. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d6 + 8) slashing damage.

Dragon Breath. The organs required to perform the breath attack of a chromatic dragon. Fire Breath (Recharge 5–6). The dragon exhales fire in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, taking 63 (18d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Consuming this item will always grant the following traits:

Tormenting Voice. You are tormented by the whispers of the Queen of Dragons. Sometimes you lose control of yourself at pivotal moments. Your memory can be spotty, and you are compelled to perform actions you do not understand.

Draconic Corruption. You are overflowing with chaos energies of the elemental planes. Weaker creatures avoid you, and you are Chaotic Evil for the purposes of calculating effects, although this may not affect your actual alignment.
