Marrow Rupture
3-level Necromancy
You immediately break the grapple of the creature grappling you by momenteraly breaking your body apart and magically moving through their body and exiting them on the opposite side. The creature must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 3d10 necrotic damage on a failed save and being unable to grapple you for the rest of its turn or half as much damage on a successful one.
If cast in response to being swallowed, the creature must make the same saving throw and you exit the triggering creature's body, and fall prone in a space within 10 feet of the triggering creature.
AN: Strongly adjusted from the original. Being able to instantly get away from grapple or swallowed should be costly if a nieche option. Original was 2nd level, dealt more damage and was upcastable.
